Liujiaxia hydropower plant generates 4.32 billion kwh of electricity in the first 8 months

As of August 31, the Liujiaxia hydropower plant generated 4.32 billion kilowatt-hours of electricity from January to August 2010, setting a new record for history.

Liujiaxia Hydropower Plant, as an important hydraulic hub for Northwestern China to prevent floods and floods, and an important backbone peaking and frequency adjustment power plant, always puts safe power generation at the top of everything, and the stable operation of maintenance equipment is the top priority of safe power generation. Since the arrival of water in the upper reaches of the Yellow River in 2010 was more abundant than in previous years, the water level in the Liujiaxia reservoir area is also more abundance than in previous years. At the beginning of March 27, the water level in the Liujiaxia reservoir area reached the highest elevation in 15 years: 1734.86 meters. The plant took a close grasp of this rare opportunity for better access to water from the upper reaches of the Yellow River. It has strong equipment foundations, heavy personnel management, and measures to formulate and improve a number of power protection measures. On March 21st, the plant officially entered the golden period for large power generation. According to statistics, from the start of April 1 to August 31, the five generator sets all operated to generate electricity. The accumulated power generation in the five months reached 3,505,600 kWh, and the average daily power generation amounted to 23,300,000 kWh.

As of September 2, the five generator sets of the plant are still in a state of large power generation operation, and the number of days of safe production of the company is 3,328 days.
